Why I’m building this
Solo and small law firms feel the same operational drag as BigLaw but cannot buy their way out of it. Enterprise AI is priced for enterprises. Consumer AI hands you the keys and walks away. The middle has been waiting for a managed option. That is PracticeOps.
I work with law firms on marketing and operations. After repeated conversations with attorneys trying to automate their own work and getting stuck, I built the service those attorneys actually wanted: done-for-you AI infrastructure that doesn’t require you to become a software engineer.
How I work
You get the founder on the call, not a sales team. I set the scope on Day 1, agree to the acceptance criteria with you, and your first workflow is live by Day 7. If it isn’t earning its keep by Day 30, you get the full setup fee back.
